In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsors are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsors and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the sweepstakes), and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.

Sponsors: The "GOLFONLINE-Big Game Golf Giveaway" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia age 21 and older who have online access as of 10/29/04. Employees of the Sponsors and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
Ways To enter: Method #1: To enter online, follow all entry instructions to complete the online entry form. Online entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 10/29/04 and 11:59 PM (ET) on 1/3/05. Online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to privacy policy. One online entry per person or e-mail address per day. Method #2: To enter via US mail, mail a postcard with your name and address to: GOLFONLINE-Big Game Golf Giveaway Sweepstakes Entry, 2 Park Ave., 10th Floor, New York, NY 10016. Each time you write to us you will be entered once in each ongoing Sweepstakes for which you are eligible. Each postcard must be mailed separately. Mail-in entries must be postmarked between 10/29/04 and 1/3/05 and received by 1/10/05. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries and requests become Sponsors' property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage due mail.
Prizes/Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize: Two (2) tickets to the biggest football game in Jacksonville, Florida, on February 6th, 2005 (ARV: $2,820.00). Three (3) First Prizes of $100.00 Golf Galaxy Gift Card (ARV: $100.00 each). Gift Card is subject to Golf Galaxy's gift card terms and conditions. Maximum ARV of all prizes: $3,120.00. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries, estimated at 1: 8,000 for Grand Prize; 2,667 for a First Prize. Sponsors: Florida's First Coast of Golf, Inc. (300 N. Second Street, Suite 10-D, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250) and GOLFONLINE (2 Park Ave., 10th Floor, New York, NY 10016).
Grand prize consists of two (2) tickets to the biggest football game in Jacksonville, Florida, on February 6th, 2005 ("Event"), one (1) round of golf for two (2) people at both Windsor Parke Golf Course and Deercreek Golf Course, both in Jacksonville, FL, and 4 nights/5 days double-occupancy hotel accommodations. Grand Prize does not include airfare, ground transportation, meals, hotel incidentals, gratuities, service charges or any other expenses not specified herein, all of which are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Actual value of trip depends on room rates at time of stay. If actual value of trip is lower than ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. A parent or legal guardian must accompany a traveling minor. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on dates specified by the Sponsors (tentatively scheduled for arrival February 3, 2005 and departure February 7, 2005, but subject to change), or forfeit all rights to prize. Restrictions may apply. If prize is forfeited, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries for that prize drawing. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Guest must complete and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel.
If Event is postponed, canceled or has occurred, or if winner cannot travel to Event for any reason whatsoever, and/or if the rounds of golf portion of the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Sponsors shall have no further obligation to the winner other than to supply 4 nights/5 days double-occupancy hotel accommodations in Jacksonville, Florida minus the Event and/or rounds of golf portion(s) of the prize. Should either be the case, the accommodations must be used within 12 months from notification date.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about 1/12/05 under supervision of an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Winners notified by mail and at the judges' discretion, will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release within 7 days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes awarded within 30 days after receipt of affidavit or prize notification. If an affidavit or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian who will be required to execute affidavit on minor's behalf. No substitutions are permitted except if prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are non-assignable or transferable except to a surviving spouse. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local, sales and income taxes. Any other incidental expenses on prizes not specified herein are the sole responsibility of each winner. Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Limit: one prize per household. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded.
Participating entrants agree to these rules and the decisions of the judges and the Sponsors, and release the Sponsors and their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.
