1.    To enter, access the Sweepstakes web site (http://www.golfonline.com/ads/mbgh/index.html) anytime beginning 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time, April 10, 2002 through 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time, June 15, 2002 and follow the on-screen instructions to enter your name, address (including zip code), and your e-mail address. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Time4 Media and Sponsors may contact the entrant via e-mail with information about pre-selected goods or services of Time4 Media or Sponsors.

2.    For eligibility, entries must be submitted through a completed Internet transmission no later than 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time June 15, 2002.
Limit: one entry per person/per e-mail address/per home address.

3.    One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held no later than June 30, 2002, from among all eligible entries submitted and received. Prize winner selection is under the supervision of GOLFONLINE and Brandon Advertising. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entries received. The odds of winning are 1 in 2,000. Prize consists of a 3-day/3-night golf trip for two (2) in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, before 3/31/03. Included is three nights accommodations at one of Myrtle Beach's Hotels (double occupancy only), three rounds of golf at three different Myrtle Beach Golf Courses, one dinner for two at Sam Snead's Grille, and shipping or renting of two sets of golf clubs from ShipGolf.com. (approximate prize value: $4,995). Taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be notified via overnight mail and be obligated to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility within 7 days of attempted delivery via the return mailer provided. In the event of noncompliance within this time period, an alternate winner may be selected. Travelers (at least one traveler must be 21 years of age or older) or the parent/legal guardian of a minor traveler, must sign and return a Release of Liability prior to departure and must possess required travel documents (i.e., Photo ID) and be prepared to make use of trip before 11/30/02. No substitution of prize permitted. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded in accordance with these rules. In the unlikely event prize is discontinued or otherwise unavailable sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value. By acceptance of their prize, winner consents to use of their name, photograph or other likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade on behalf of Time4 Media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

4.    Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the continental U.S. and D.C. (except Florida), who are 21 years of age or older with online access as of 6/15/02. Employees of Time4 Media, Brandon Advertising, Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday and members of their immediate families are not eligible. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes offer void wherever prohibited by law. Entries received from persons residing in geographic areas in which entry is not permissible will be disqualified. No liability is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate or misdirected e-mail, for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connection, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes.
