The Ocean City Golf Getaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 48 United States and the District of Columbia (except residents of Alaska and Hawaii) age 21 or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska and Hawaii and where prohibited by law. One Grand Prize: Trip for winner and three (3) guests to River Run Golf Course, Ocean City-Newport Bay and the Beach Club Golf Links, Ocean City, Maryland (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $4,870.00). Actual ARV depends on location of winner and fares at time of departure. If ARV turns out to be less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Trip includes: round-trip coach airfare to/from a major commercial airport nearest to winner's primary residence, 3-night two rooms double occupancy accommodations at Clarion Resort Fountainebleau Hotel, total of three rounds of golf for each person, one hour golf lesson at each course for foursome, car rental (up to $200.00), a baseball hat and T-shirt for each and four tickets to a regular season major league baseball game in winner's home town ("Event"). Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about 7/21/05 under supervision of an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Winner will be notified by mail and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release within 14 days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. Prize will be awarded within 30 days after receipt of Affidavit and travel must be completed by 7/21/2006. If Affidavit/Release or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing.
