Home "It's a saltbox-style house on two and a half acres in my hometown of Franklin, Kentucky. There's an artificial putting green out back, with plenty of room to practice chipping."

First wheels 1977 Camaro LT 305

Current fleet "My main car is a 2003 Hummer. I've got seven others in the garage — two '69 Camaros, a '68 Camaro, a '67 Chevy II Nova, a 2002 Corvette, my son's 2000 GMC Yukon and my daughter's 2003 VW Beetle convertible."

Burning rubber "Last year I raced my hot rod, a '98 Grand Am, in the World Street Nationals at the Orlando Speed World. There were 69 cars entered in the 10.5 class. [That's a maximum 10½-inch tire tread width.] I did 177.37 mph to make the top 32 and qualify. It was awesome."

Money club "I've always hit the driver pretty long and straight — that's given me a big edge."

Perry was in contention at last week's NEC Invitational. Sam Greenwood

Trophy club "My dad has used the same Wilson putter for 60 years — it's got no model name! He's one of the best putters I've ever seen. One day I'll frame that putter and hang it on the wall."

Coach K "I take every September off to coach the boys' and girls' golf teams at Simpson High. My younger daughter, Lindsey, is starting her junior year on the girls' team. My son, Justin, graduated high school this spring. He's going to David Lipscomb University in Nashville, where my older daughter, Lesslye, is a junior."

Friendly skies "After my three wins last summer, I quit flying commercial and got into Flight Options, which does fractional jet ownership."

Ballmark "A coin with an angel on it."

I never travel without... "My Bible."
