Ping’s new 2021 putters may look clean and stealthy from address, but they’re packed with technology in their faces to help golfers roll the ball better.
Most noticeably, the dual-durometer face inserts use shallow grooves to produce consistent speeds across the face.
Also, the face inserts use a special weight-saving Pebax elastomer that provides a soft feel and greater feedback for the player. The saved weight allowed Ping to make other areas of the putter head heavier in order to boost forgiveness on mishits. For example, high-density tungsten weights have been placed in the heel and toe sections to increase MOI (moment of inertia, a measure of forgiveness).
The 2021 lineup consists of 11 eye-catching models, ranging from classic blades to oversize modern mallets, so golfers can find their perfect match.
Ping’s new family ($270) includes an Anser, Anser 2, Anser 4, Kushin 4, CA 70, DS 72, Tyne 4, Fetch, Oslo H, Tyne C and Harwood ($380).
Each of the heads come in a black chrome finish with white toplines and stock with Ping’s PP58 Mid, PP60 or PP58-S putter grips.

The moderate toe hang makes it ideal for golfers with a slight arc stroke.
